I love a good salad as much as I love cupcakes. Sounds crazy I know, but it's fun throwing together all sorts of yummy ingredients and trying different low carb dressings. So many flavors and textures--bright colors, vitamins, and antioxidants. I try to eat a salad a few times a week and sometimes it ends up to be daily. There's so many awesome combinations out there---trust me, salads aren't boring!

Ok, so over the last few years i've posted a few of before and after picture comparisons either on here or on my Sugar Free Like Me Facebook Page. This is one of my favorite low carb meals...basically it's a bacon cheeseburger in a bowl without the bun. I've eaten hamburgers with a lettuce wrap plenty of times, but once I started eating it this way, it became the ONLY way I'd eat a hamburger. Ohhhh man this is so good and you will NOT miss the bun!
