One of my favorite quick and easy lunch or dinner recipes is Italian meatballs with sauce and melted cheese.I heat frozen Italian meatballs in a sauce pot on the stove with either low sugar marinara sauce or pizza sauce (which is almost always low carb), or sometimes I mix them both together. These are usually lower sugar/carb options than spaghetti sauce. Although if you can find a spaghetti sauce with a sugar/carb count your comfortable with--great! When the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is hot, I put it in a big bowl and top it all off with shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese. So delicious! It makes a great low carb alternative when your craving spaghetti.
