My Low Carb Weight Loss Before and After Transformation Pictures


Ok, so over the last few years i've posted a few of before and after picture comparisons either on here or on my Sugar Free Like Me Facebook Page. I thought i'd keep them all here on this post and then throughout the rest of my journey and I'll keep updating this post to include any more I make as I get closer to my goal!
I'm such a visual person so when I first started my weight loss journey transformation pictures like these were so motivating to me! So I hope that in any small way, my testimony of success will help and motivate others that it can be done (low carb or not), you can change unhealthy habits and feel so much better about yourself!

    1. Jessie - you're such an inspiration! I used to follow the Atkins program but it is so limiting and I have to eat veggies and fruits so I went on, fell off, went on, fell off. I'm finding this is a much easier way to eat and your recipes and hints are exciting to me. I'm also a PWD2 and have to keep my blood sugar down. Thank you for taking the time to care about yourself and others with this blog. I hope to do as well as you have and make this a lifestyle rather than a diet. Diets are something you eventually go off and I have to make this work. I have already lost 50 pounds, but I still have about that much more to go. God Bless you and your beautiful family!

  12. I'd like to say that you have a fantastic website and I appreciate that you are kind enough to share it with everyone. I haven't started as of yet but plan to soon. I'm going through the foods I know I'll eat and the ones I won't. Just put together a shopping list. As far as mean and rotten comments are concerned, pay them no attention. Thank you.

    I started this journey. When? Tonight..!! Lately, I have felt like Crap and know why!! I already exercise but totally 100% want to finish it as I feel like since I don't eat right , then my exercise is wasted time. I love to exercise .
    I hopefully just had my last bowl of ice cream . I am on the road to recovery. But, I want to have right food on hand to start all the way so I don't backside. I'm tired of feeling like Crap!! Please pray for me!! Looking forward to your blog daily .

  20. Hello! I found your site while looking for low carb recipes and it looks great. I've been reading alot about low carb and have tried lots of foods but am needing that last bit of motivation to stick to all low carb.
    Do you follow/track a certain # of macros for your fat, protein, carbs? This is what is throwing me off---figuring out the macros, etc.

Thanks for visiting, I love hearing from you, however it still always surprises me how many mean and rotten comments I receive, so please remember that I post what I eat merely as a suggestion of ideas for others. Low carbing is not cut and dry. What works for me may or may not work for you. Also, I live exclusively low carb, but I don't live my life counting them so I don't often include the net carb counts on recipes. Happy low carbing ya'll! :)
