This creamy crunchy broccoli salad can be quickly thrown together for a delicious lunch that'll tame your sweet tooth and give you a big dose of fiber to keep you feeling fuller, longer!
Fresh broccoli florets
Apple cider vinegar
1 packet or tsp of Stevia
*Nuts or seeds of your choice
1. Mix a couple of spoonfulls of mayo with a splash of apple cider vinegar and a packet (1 tsp) of Stevia (or your choice of artificial sweetener). These measurements aren't exact. Use the amounts that your taste buds desire :)
2. Coat your fresh broccoli with the mayo mix and then heat it in the microwave for 45 seconds-1 minute.
3. Sprinkle with the seeds or nuts of your choice. I use sunflower seeds or slivered almonds usually. Hope you enjoy!
