
Ok, so I know I've posted a how-to for Pepperoni Chips before, but I've recently started doing them just a little bit different and WOW, what a difference this one little tweak makes. They are still so easy to make, but these taste even better! They are also thicker than my previously posted pepperoni chips so they are great for dipping or adding to salads. These continue to be one of my favorite low carb snacks. I love to make them to go with lettuce boat sandwiches as a replacement for chips or as a movie snack. They'd be great at parties too!
