I don't know why I haven't thought to share this with you guys before now, but this my favorite way to make low carb sauces (or you could call it a dressing too I guess) that you can eat warm or cold and enjoy so many different ways...salads, chicken, fish, or as a veggie dip! It's also so simple to make that it's just plain silly.

It's great cold or warm in so many different ways! In the above picture I used Lemon Herb Seasoning and warmed it up to use as a dressing for a simple but HEAVENLY salmon salad.

Happy low carbing ya'll!

  2. Low Carb is the only way I was able to lose weight but I still struggle with keeping on track at times. Could you post about what type of fitness you do and also do you follow a specific fitness schedule or routine?

  3. Just saying hello again. I wanted to tell you that I have been making your eggs and cream cheese french toast breakfast (which is wonderful) and adding 1/4 c canned pumpkin, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. With butter and sugar free maple syrup, it is SO good! You may already play with your additions but if you haven't tried this one, it's great! It takes a little longer to cook and doesn't puff up and is softer but so yummy!

  4. Hi Jessie,

I was looking for some information about giving up sugar, when I came across your post "The Benefits of Going Sugar Free".

I have to say, great stuff - so happy that more and more people are fighting this sweet poison battle!

I am actually a fitness coach, and I recently gave up sugar for life.

I've made a post about my personal experience on quitting sugar with a special unique technique that helped me achieve that.

Here it is if you want to take a look:

I'd be honored to write a new post with original content especially for your website sharing my experience, of course if you're open for guest posts.

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards,

    Monica May

  5. Thank you for this receipt! I like when you can replace the original receipt with the low carb or the one which contains less calories. I think it's more healthier and will help you to keep fit. I rule master thesis writing service and my working day is usually take place in the office and I need to control the food I eat because I don't have enough time for attending gym.

Thanks for visiting, I love hearing from you, however it still always surprises me how many mean and rotten comments I receive, so please remember that I post what I eat merely as a suggestion of ideas for others. Low carbing is not cut and dry. What works for me may or may not work for you. Also, I live exclusively low carb, but I don't live my life counting them so I don't often include the net carb counts on recipes. Happy low carbing ya'll! :)
