I don't know why I haven't thought to share this with you guys before now, but this my favorite way to make low carb sauces (or you could call it a dressing too I guess) that you can eat warm or cold and enjoy so many different ways...salads, chicken, fish, or as a veggie dip! It's also so simple to make that it's just plain silly.
*Herbs or Seasoning of Your Choice
Mix equal parts sour cream and mayo and mix in as much of your favorite seasoning or fresh herbs as you'd like. Ta-da, that's it!
It's great cold or warm in so many different ways! In the above picture I used Lemon Herb Seasoning and warmed it up to use as a dressing for a simple but HEAVENLY salmon salad.
